  • 1 (15 ounce) can black beans
  • 1 teaspoon oil
  • 1 small onion
  • 1 teaspoon garlic
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 12 teaspoon cumin
  • 12 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 dash hot pepper flakes

  • Heat oil in a pot.
  • Saute onions until tender and then add garlic.
  • Drain a little liquid (not all) from the beans and add.
  • Add vinegar and spices.
  • Simmer.

  2. Loved this healthy dish! I doubles the beans, onions, garlic and cinnamon. Used chipotle peppers in adobo sauce. Just yummy served over my Orange rice!
