  • Sauté onions and garlic in oil on medium heat for 10 minutes.
  • Add the rest of the ingredients and continue to cook for 1 hour or until most of liquid is absorbed.
  • Serve over bed of rice.

  2. Quite an unusual tasting meal which is really difficult to describe. You either like it or you don't. The jalapeno gives a very nice kick but does so subtly - you will not notice it for the first few seconds. Definitely something to be eaten wih rice. Quite substantial.
