  1. Boil tamarind paste with the water. Stir in the sugar and the honey. Mince the lemongrass. Grind the tea into a very fine powder. Chop asparagus into small pieces, (don't use the last two inches). Pour all items into a blender and blend until "smoothish". Pour into an ice-cream machine and blend until slushy. Put in plastic container; cover; freeze overnight or 5 hours. Don't let the "bizarre" list of ingredients scare you -- although it IS different, many people have said they truly love the taste, texture and the fact that it's healthy. Of course, omit sugar as desired, for a "tarter" taste.
