  1. Bars:.
  2. Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
  3. Melt chocolate and butter in a small saucepan or in the microwave, stirring until smooth.
  4. Cool.
  5. Combine flour and salt in a bowl.
  6. Set aside.
  7. In mixing bowl, beat eggs until fluffy, about 1 minute.
  8. Gradually beat in brown sugar.
  9. Add cooled chocolate mixture and vanilla.
  10. Stir in flour mixture until blended.
  11. Stir in walnuts and chocolate chips.
  12. Spread batter in a buttered 13"x 9" baking pan.
  13. Bake for 20-22 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
  14. Cool in pan on wire rack.
  15. Cherry Cream Cheese Filling:.
  16. Cream butter and cream cheese in a bowl until light and fluffy.
  17. Gradually beat in vanilla and powdered sugar.
  18. Stir in cherries.
  19. Spread mixture evenly over brownie layer.
  20. Refrigerate until set.
  21. Chocolate Drizzle:.
  22. Melt the chocolate chips and cream over low heat or in the microwave.
  23. Cool slightly.
  24. Dip a fork into the mixture and drizzle over the cherry layer.
  25. Chill until firm then cut in 2"x2" squares.
