  • mix the yeast with 1/2 cup water and 4 tablespoons flour and honey
  • proof
  • mix flours
  • make well pour milk, water, yeast, oil.
  • add salt
  • mix
  • knead 15 minutes
  • put in greased bowl
  • cover with damp cloth
  • til doubled
  • on lightly floured board divide dough
  • use rolling pin to a round
  • brush surface with oil
  • sprinkle olives on top
  • roll up.
  • put loaf on greased baking sheet
  • let rise until doubled
  • slash diagonal cuts about 1/2 inch deep across loaves bake 35 minutes 400 degree oven.
