  1. In a heavy skillet, combine all ingredients except the butter.
  2. Cook over low heat and stir constantly.
  3. When it thickens, add butter.
  4. Mix until the butter melts.
  5. Don't beat it too hard!
  6. Pour mixture onto a greased cookie sheet or pie pans-- just make sure it will not stick.
  7. When completely cool, break into small pieces.
  8. A hammer may come in handy for the breaking!
  9. Folks have suggested putting it in a bag and breaking it with something heavy.
  10. Hammer again reccommended.
  11. These store well in a sealed container with wax paper between the layers.
