  • 6 -8 ice cubes
  • 1 ounce Cointreau liqueur
  • 1 ounce green chartreuse liqueur
  • 1 ounce whipping cream
  • 6 red cinnamon candies

directions

  • Place 6-8 ice cubes in a cocktail shaker, and add Cointreau, Chartreuse, and cream. Shake well and strain into an old-fashioned glass. Add more ice cubes to fill glass. Gently sprinkle glass with red hots.

  2. I didn't have green chartreuse liqueur so I used absinthe. I plopped in a few red hots, but I think it actually needs the bigger candies. I didn't notice that it turned red until I moved the drink into the office and saw the bottom. It was good, but not that hot. Next time I'll try the larger candies.
