1. I'm not sure what to rate this...I didn't like it but my Hubby did. I was intrigued by the addition of beans and it being so lowfat. I baked this in a 10 inch cast iron skillet which it filled to the top. I used 1T Splenda brown sugar and lowfat sour cream. I think it turned out kinda pasty and tastes a little bitter from the oregano. I think it would be improved with more salt and less beans. If you make this 8 servings, it is 5 WW points plus.
Montessori teacher, nutritionist and pastry chef: baking is my passion, but teaching the value of good food to whole families is close to my heart too! I have a passion for re-instilling the love of good-quality, home-made and mostly healthy food into the hearts and kitchens of children and their families today. I believe that any ?homemade? food, even when labelled as naughty, is a more wholesome treat than pre-packaged, cookie-cutter junk.
9408826"
