  1. DRESSING: Whisk together all dressing ingredients except oil in small non-reactive bowl. Gradually whisk in oil until slightly thickened.
  2. Set aside 1 hour.
  3. SALAD: Combine walnuts, sugar and water in 1-quart saucepan. Cook over medium-low heat, stirring constantly, until sugar melts and coats walnuts.
  4. Spread walnuts on parchment paper; cool.
  5. Combine greens, cheese, dried blueberries and walnuts in large bowl.
  6. Pass the dressing.
