Wonderful when served with a green salad.
You can choose rye or wheat or white bread."

- 8 ounces walnuts, ground
- 8 ounces blue cheese, crumbled
- 1 loaf cocktail bread
directions
- Mix ground walnuts with the crumbled bleu cheese to form a spread.
- Spread on the bread.
- Place the bead on a cookie sheet and broil until brown and bubbly.
- WATCH carefully to avoid burning. (I have done it).
