  1. Preheat oven to 375.
  2. Grease a 9X13 pan.
  3. Mix the first five ingredients well.
  4. In a large bowl, cream butter and sugar.
  5. Add eggs one at a time beating well.
  6. Add flour and baking powder.
  7. Mix in sour cream and yogurt and add orange juice.
  8. Pour 1/2 of batter into prepared casserole dish, layer in filling and then top with remaining batter.
  9. Bake 45-50 minutes until lightly browned.
  10. In small saucepan, combine caramels and water.
  11. Cook over low heat, stirring occasionally, until smooth and well blended.
  12. Stir in pecans; cool until thickened slightly.
  13. Slice into squares and serve with caramel nut sauce on the side.
