- Melt butter in 9x13 casserole.
- Put the 12 blintzes in the buttered casserole to cover bottom.
- Mix all ingredients together and pour over the blintzes.
- Bake at 350* for 45 minutes to 1 hour.

I have another recipe for this that calls for 1 1/4 cup sugar. I always thought it was too sweet, so decided to try this, using a mixture of apple, blueberry and cheese blintzes. I ate a blueberry blintz and loved it. My husband ate a cheese and said it needed more sweetness which solved the sugar mystery. The cheese blintzes don't really have any sweetness in them so need a lot from the soufflé. The fruit blintzes don't need a lot so this recipe is perfect for them. Something to keep in mind when determining which blintzes to use.
