  1. I made these last night. I also tried 4 eggs instead of 2, and used white chocolate chunks instead of milk chocolate and 2 tsp of vanilla instead of 1. They were incredibly simple and took no time at all to make. I was surprised by how thick the batter was - I bet you could make good cookies from it. The brownies are delicious, if quite sugary. I'll definitely be making them again!

  2. These 'blondies' were a great hit at our family dinner party last night. I took Melting Pot's advice and increased the eggs to 4, and also added 1/4 cup extra chocolate morsels. I had to bake an extra 10 mins (40 mins in total), and the result was pure bliss - crisp on the outside and chewy inside. So good, had to make 'em again today! ;)

  3. Made these this morning. Very easy and very good. Will for sure make them again.

  4. Very simple and with delicious results! I used 4 eggs, because I read somewhere that brownies turn out fudgier with 4 eggs. Well they weren't fudgy, but they were perfect! Crusty on the outside but not dry. I only had 1/4 cup of choc chips left but that didn't seem to make a difference. My favourite part about this recipe is that it gives optimum results for minimal effort! Thankyou!
