  1. Heat oven to 325°F.
  2. Spray with cooking spray a 8x8 pan.
  3. Combine flour and salt in a small bowl.
  4. Beat butter, sugar until smooth in a mixer bowl. Beat in egg and vanilla, blend well.
  5. Blend in flour mixture.
  6. Stir in walnuts and white chocolate chips.
  7. Pour in the greased 8x8 pan evenly.
  8. Bake for 35 to 40 minutes.
