Directions

  1. Cut 15 grape tomatoes in 1/2 and place on lightly oiled baking sheet.
  2. Bake in preheated oven 300°F 45-60 minute (wrinkly around the edges).
  3. Cook bacon until crisp, cool and break up into pieces.
  4. Spread Philly cream cheese on 15 crackers. Press in 2 baby spinach leaves and top with bacon piece and 2 tomato pieces.
