Directions

  1. Spread mayo on one side of each slice of toast and cut into small pieces.
  2. Arrange toast mayo side up in a greased 8 inch square baking dish.
  3. Top with cheese slices and bacon.
  4. In a skilled, fry eggs over medium heat until completely set.
  5. Place eggs over bacon.
  6. Top with tomatoe slices and set aside.
  7. In a saucepan, melt butter.
  8. Stir in flour, salt and pepper until smooth.
  9. Gradually add milk.
  10. Bring to a boil, cook and stir for 2 minutes or until thickened.
  11. Pour over tomato.
  12. Sprinkle with Cheddar cheese and onions.
  13. Bake uncovered at 325 for 10 minutes.
  14. Cut into squares and serve with lettuce.
