  1. Fry the bacon crisp and drain.
  2. Toast the bread.
  3. Spread the mayo on both slices of toast.
  4. You can put a little avocado on one side if you wish. My boys always liked this.
  5. Put the tomatoes, lettuce and bacon on top, with mayo side down; cut diagonally.
