Hello, ThatBobbieGirl. I made a batch of this for my own personal salad on Christmas Eve, and it is really good, for such an easy thing. I may have processed mine too long, because it was a little runny, but I threw in a LOT of bleu cheese, more cracked pepper than called for,and for some wonderful reason, I bought a really good, ripe lemon, for a change, which really "Tanged" it up. I know I will be making this again,VERY soon! Thank you so much!

I always just use recipes for inspiration. I gleen bits from many, combine and tweek. This one is pretty much a standard blue cheese format that I would suggest to a friend. All the right stuff in the right ratios. I use gorgonzola and Greek yogurt. I also add buttermilk to thin to desired point. I like a black pepper hint in every taste so I use fine grind vs. course grind. I top salad with extra cheese crumble, dried cranberries, bacon crumbles and a balsamic reduction for a perfect full meal salad.

This is SOOOOO delicious! I used 1/2 cup of blue cheese crumbles and added 2 T. of Frank's hot sauce and it was just PERFECT! I used it on salad and to dip celery in. I will be making this over and over again! I appreciated that it was not a huge recipe since I'm the only one that loves blue cheese dressing at my house. I love how QUICK & easy it was to make and used ingredients that I already had on hand!

Really good. I subbed the sour cream for my favorite farmers market fresh sheeps milk Greek yogurt ( I don't eat sour cream and this is a perfect substitute) - really great! Also used some Bleu Cheese I got at the farmers market - best I've ever had - comes from a farm in Buellton, Ca. Nothing short of awesome! Look out Bob's and Marie's - I'll never go back!
