  • Cook the potatoes chunks in boiling water in a medium saucepot until they are fork tender for 15 -20 minutes.
  • Drain well, and return to pot.
  • Mash potatoes with a masher until smooth.
  • Stir in blue cheese, butter, chives, garlic salt, and pepper until thoroughly combined.
  • Return the mashed potatoes to stove and cook for a few minutes more until very hot.

Will make no adjustments. <br />3 stars - good, might consider an adjustment <br />2 stars- Okay- will make adjustment <br />1 star- debatable I will make again, would with right adjustment <br />0 stars - Will not attempt again.</p>
