  • Allow blue cheese and butter to soften at room temperature for 30 minutes.
  • Combine all ingredients and mash together with a fork or process in a food processor.
  • Place a piece of wax or parchment paper on the counter and put the butter in the middle of it. Roll the paper up to form a log of butter and twist the ends to close.
  • Keep in the refrigerator for 3 weeks or freeze for up to 6 months sealed in a freezer bag.
