- 4 ounces cultured butter (Recommend -- Vermont Butter & Cheese Creamery)
- 4 ounces blue cheese (Recommend -- Faribault St. Pete's Blue Cheese)
- 1⁄2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- black pepper
directions
- Allow blue cheese and butter to soften at room temperature for 30 minutes.
- Combine all ingredients and mash together with a fork or process in a food processor.
- Place a piece of wax or parchment paper on the counter and put the butter in the middle of it. Roll the paper up to form a log of butter and twist the ends to close.
- Keep in the refrigerator for 3 weeks or freeze for up to 6 months sealed in a freezer bag.
