Directions

  1. Mash blue cheese with some of the mayonnaise until well blended.
  2. Transfer to a food processor or blender.
  3. Add remaining mayonnaise with sour cream, milk, lemon juice, mustard, cayenne, garlic powder and pepper.
  4. Blend until smooth.
  5. Transfer to a bowl or jar, cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
