Blue Cheese Meatloaf............................mmmmmmmmmmmmm!!!

"o.k...all of you blue cheese lovers out there.....and you know who you are!!!! This recipe is scrumptious, and most likely includes ingredients you already have on your shelves!!!!   • Saute onion and mushrooms in olive oil until translucent.
  • Mix all ingredients in large bowl.
  • Shape into loaf pan and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 15 minutes -- (not less).

  1. Tasty meatloaf!! Very moist and perfect balance of flavours! I halved the recipe, using 2.2oz of blue which was the perfect amount. I had to skip the mushrooms, but didn't really miss them. Thanks for posting a great recipe:)
