  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Butter an 8 or 9 inch baking dish.
  3. Open the sheet of puff pastry and flatten with a rolling pin.
  4. Crumble the blue cheese on the sheet, leaving a 1 inch border all around.
  5. Roll up the pastry the long way.
  6. Cut into 12-14, 1/2 inch thick slices.
  7. Place the rounds in the baking dish.
  8. Brush with egg wash.
  9. Bake until puffed up and golden brown, 10-12 minutes.
