Ingredients Nutrition

  • 4 beef t-bone steaks
  • 1 (12 ounce) bottlelawry's 30-minute garlic and herb marinade
  • 4 ounces crumbled blue cheese

Directions

  1. Place T-Bone steaks in a shallow pan and cover with marinade. Let sit at least 30 minutes, but up to 8 hours.
  2. Preheat Broiler.
  3. Heat grill and grill steaks for 5-6 minutes. Turn and repeat on other side.
  4. Place stakes on baking sheet. Sprinkle blue cheese on each steak generously.
  5. Broil 2-3 minutes or until cheese is melted. Serve immediately.
