This deserves like a 10 star Di!!! I love salads, could eat them everyday and I will be making this alot more. It was so nice and light for the summer too. I didn't have fresh oranges (dd ate them all) so I used canned ones, and it still was excellent. And I also didn't serve it individually, whipped it together in minutes and put it in a glass bolw, and WA-LAH it looked just as good as it tasted. Thanks!!
