"A very nice summer salad-you can trade out the strawberries for blackberries if youd like to follow the berry season, or even add smoked chicken for a whole meal salad!"

  1. Great, great recipe Di! As you know, I made this for the luncheon today at work and it went over like gangbusters! Thanks for posting and suggesting such a great recipe. Oh, I should mention that it looks as good as it tastes. :)

  2. This deserves like a 10 star Di!!! I love salads, could eat them everyday and I will be making this alot more. It was so nice and light for the summer too. I didn't have fresh oranges (dd ate them all) so I used canned ones, and it still was excellent. And I also didn't serve it individually, whipped it together in minutes and put it in a glass bolw, and WA-LAH it looked just as good as it tasted. Thanks!!

  3. yum, yum, YUM! This was WONDERFUL. What a great blending of flavors. This is a perfect salad for a warm day. Even the men loved it....although they did make a few cracks about it being a "chick salad," lol. They sure gobbled it down, though!
