- 1 cup raw oatmeal
- 5 scoops of banana-flavored protein powder
- 1⁄2 cup nonfat dry milk powder
- 1⁄4 cup fat free cream cheese
- 2 egg whites
- 1 1⁄2 mashed bananas
- 1 cup blueberries
- 1⁄4 cup water
- 3 teaspoons canola oil
- 1 1⁄2 teaspoons cinnamon
directions
- First, preheat the oven to 325°F
- Combine oatmeal, protein powder, cinnamon, and dry milk.
- Next, in another bowl, combine the cream cheese, egg whites, bananas, blueberries, water, and oil; beat until well blended.
- Pour batter into a sprayed 9-by-9 inch square pan and bake for 30 to 35 minutes.
- Keep refrigerated between consumption for best results.
