  • In a bowl, combine the flour, baking soda and salt. In a large mixing bowl, cream the margarine and sugar. Add eggs and mix well. Beat in bananas. Gradually add the dry ingredients and stir until combined. Fold in blueberries.
  • Pour into a greased 9x4 inches loaf pan. Bake at 170ºc for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean. Cool for 10 minutes before removing from pans to wire racks.
