  • 12 cup ice, crushed (optional)
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1 cup blueberries (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 small banana (chunked up)
  • 6 ounces water (you may need a little more water)

directions

  • Throw it in a blender and blend until it looks smooth.
  • Pour it in a large glass and drink!
  • If your smoothie is too thick, add water until it is a consistency that you like.

  1. When I can, I like to make smoothies without ice, & definitely without water, & in this case, I used cranberry-blueberry juice instead, then used frozen blueberries! All for a good cause, because we really do like the more intense flavor that juices give! Anyway, we thoroughly enjoyed the berry/banana in this drink! Thanks for sharing the recipe!
