- 6 tablespoons egg substitute
- 1⁄2 cup sugar
- 8 ounces fat free cream cheese
- 3 ounces cream cheese
- 1 cup blueberries
directions
- heat milk, sugar, and eggs in a double boiler until mixture coats spoonback.
- cool 20 minute.
- beat in cream cheese.
- cool.
- stir in blueberries.
- freeze in ice cream maker.
