I made this on 7/6/08 for the "Cobblers,Pies, and Tarts Event" in the Cooking Photos Forum. And this was also made for mine and SO's dessert. Also I must say this is the first bluberry cobbler I've ever made. After reading the review from Carrol J., I decided to add another half cup of sugar. Even though I found it to be sweet enough, my SO thought it wasn't as sweet as some other cobblers he has eaten. This was very easy to make and will be made again. Thank you for posting and, "Keep Smiling :)"

My sister and brother-in-law were here for dinner tonight. Everyone liked it but we all agreed it was a little too tart for our taste and that it would have tasted even better if made with twice as much sugar. I will make it again. Thanks for sharing. I have lots of blueberrries left in my freezer from picking last August and am always looking for new recipes to use them in. Thanks for posting.

I am an attorney and have been married 25 years. I enjoy cooking and creating good meals, but on weekends only! My favorite cookbook is the Jane Brody Good Food Book, but having said that, I usually find something that I love in most cookbooks! My current passion is adopting favorite recipes and making them healthy and yummy (or just finding great recipes that promote good health!).
