  1. Preheat oven to 375ºF.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, cream together butter and the sugars; and lemon peel and eggs and beat well.
  3. Gradually add in dry ingredients and milk; beat well.
  4. Gently fold in blueberries.
  5. Drop by spoonfulls on lightly greased cookie sheets.
  6. Bake at 375ºF for 10 to 12 minutes.
