- 3 cups fresh blueberries
- 1⁄4 cup frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1⁄2 cup oatmeal
- 1⁄4 cup whole wheat flour
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons butter, cut into small pieces
directions
- Preheat oven to 375°F
- Combine first 3 ingredients in an 8-inch square baking dish.
- Set aside.
- Combine oats, flour and brown sugar in a bowl; cut in butter with a pastry blender, until mixture resembles coarse meal.
- Sprinkle over berries.
- Bake for 30 minutes.
- Top with low-fat frozen yogurt.
- Calories per serving: 110 Fat: 2 g. Cholesterol: 0 mg. Sodium: 21 mg.
- For exchange diets, count: 1/2 bread/starch, 1 fruit.
