  • Spread bread cubes in a greased 9x13-inch baking pan. Dot with cream cheese and blueberries.
  • Beat the eggs. Add maple syrup and milk. Pour over. Cover tightly with foil and refrigerate overnight.
  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Bake 30 minutes covered with foil; remove foil and bake 30 minutes uncovered.
  • To make Blueberry Syrup: Stir sugar, cornstarch and water together over high heat. Add the butter and blueberries. Cook until berries pop. Serve warm over casserole.
