  1. Great flavors! Wow. The dough was a bit gummy, though, and stuck to the pan. Also, don't forget to mix the baking soda with the other dry ingredients! I made 1/4 the recipe in a small pan and used a fresh mango. I mixed Greek style yogurt with honey for a creamy topping. I think this would make a good breakfast.
