  • Mix together all ingredients except ¼ cup sugar, blueberries and nutmeg.
  • Once well blended, fold in blueberries.
  • Divide evenly in greased or lined muffin tin.
  • Sprinkle remaining sugar (and nutmeg, if desired) on top of muffin batter.
  • Bake @ 375 degrees Fahrenheit for about 30 minutes.
  • Let cool 10 minutes before removing from pan.
