Directions

  1. Mix together all ingredients except ¼ cup sugar, blueberries and nutmeg.
  2. Once well blended, fold in blueberries.
  3. Divide evenly in greased or lined muffin tin.
  4. Sprinkle remaining sugar (and nutmeg, if desired) on top of muffin batter.
  5. Bake @ 375 degrees Fahrenheit for about 30 minutes.
  6. Let cool 10 minutes before removing from pan.
