  • preheat oven to 375°F.
  • combine all dry ingredients.
  • mix all wet ingredients seperately.
  • make a well in the dry ingredients. pour wet ingredients into well. Mix until just moistened. DO NOT OVERMIX!
  • fold blueberries into the batter.
  • pour into greased or lined muffin tins and cook for 30 minute Cool for 15 minute.
