- 473.18 ml flour
- 9.85 ml baking powder
- 2.46 ml salt
- 2.46 ml cinnamon
- 157.80 ml sugar
- 7.39 ml Ener-G Egg Substitute
- 29.58 ml water
- 2.46 ml vanilla
- 177.44 ml rice milk
- 118.29 ml unsweetened applesauce
- 157.80 ml blueberries
directions
- Mix first 5 ingredients in a medium sized bowel.
- Add in wet ingredients (be sure to mix the egg replacer with water first).
- Mix very, very well. Fold in blueberries.
- Bake for 20 minutes at 400 degrees fahrenheit.
