Ingredients Nutrition

Directions

  1. Sift dry ingredients together.
  2. Combine beaten eggs, milk and oil.
  3. Add to dry ingredients.
  4. Mix lightly to dampen.
  5. Stir in nutmeats and blueberries.
  6. Spoon into loaf pan ( I use an old fashioned long narrow pan).
  7. Let stand about 20 minutes.
  8. Bake at 350ºF for 1 hour.
