  • Preheat the oven to 325°F.
  • Coat the cake tray with vegetable oil or cooking spray.
  • In one large bowl, sift together the whole wheat flour, oat flour, baking powder, cinnamon and salt.
  • In another separate bowl, whisk together the eggs, sugar, vanilla and butter until creamy, adding the eggs each at a time.
  • Combine the wet ingredients with the dry ingredients and mix.
  • Stir in the blueberries.
  • Pour the batter into the pan and bake for about 35-40 minutes or until golden brown and a wooden pick inserted into center of the cake comes out clean.
  • Give it about 10-15 to sit out before serving. Best when refrigerated.
