"I adapted this recipe ever so slightly from Emily Bites blog - to be a bit more friendly to WW freestyle points. 3 Freestyle points per oat muffin. I make these up on Sunday and bring for lunch during the week - separate into ziplock bags. Can nuke on a napkin at work in the AM. 6 Pts for two..."

  • Heat oven 350.
  • MIx dry ingredients in a bowl (oats, sugar, salt, flour, baking powder).
  • Mix wet ingredients and in another bowl; whisk to combine (Eggs, yogurt, vanilla, milk).
  • Mix wet into dry.
  • Fold in Blueberries.
  • Bake for 22 - 25 minutes until toothpick comes out clean.
