Ingredients Nutrition

  • 8 ounces blueberries (about 1 1/2 cups fresh or frozen)
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 12 cup low-fat vanilla frozen yogurt
  • 12 cup ice cube
  • 14 teaspoon grated orange peel
  • fresh blueberries (for garnish)
  • thinly sliced orange peel (for garnish)

Directions

  1. Combine first 5 ingredients in blender.
  2. Puree until thick and smooth.
  3. Pour smoothie into 2 glasses.
  4. Sprinkle each smoothie with blueberries.
  5. Top with thinly sliced orange peel; serve.
