ingredients
- 2 cups plain yogurt
- 1 cup frozen blueberries, thawed
- 2 cups orange juice (or apple juice)
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1⁄2 teaspoon cinnamon
directions
- Blend all ingredients in a food processor except blueberries.
- Fold in blueberries.
- Serve chilled.

Yum! Really good!! I plan on having it for lunch again tomorrow! I loved the cinnamon taste-I didn't measure and I think I probably added more than was called for-but it was really good. I left out the honey, but I think maybe tomorrow I will try it with it-to see what taste better. Thanks for the great recipe!

I misread the directions and blended in the blueberries so they were pretty much pureed. I guess what you meant was to leave them whole. Oh well, that was my fault. Still turned out very good. I mixed it in a blender because I don't have a food processor and that seemed to work fine. I added some chopped bananas to it to make up for the pureed blueberries. Very good. Will make this again because I am curious to find out how it is supposed to taste and because it was really good and healthy.
