  • 2 cups soymilk (8th Continent)
  • 1 cup raspberry-lime juice or 1 cup diet V8 splash

  • Place 1 cup juice in blender.
  • Place 1 cup of blueberries in blender.
  • Pulse several times.
  • Add 2 cups of soy milk in blender, and mix high speed until smooth.
