- 1 cup blueberries
- 2 cups soymilk (8th Continent)
- 1 cup raspberry-lime juice or 1 cup diet V8 splash
directions
- Place 1 cup juice in blender.
- Place 1 cup of blueberries in blender.
- Pulse several times.
- Add 2 cups of soy milk in blender, and mix high speed until smooth.
