- 1 cup dark rum
- 3 cups lemonade
- 1⁄2 bunch fresh mint leaves
directions
- Combine rum, lemonade and mint in a large pitcher.
- Pour into glasses filled with ice.

Wow! I was scrounging around in the fridge looking for a mixer and all I had was a bottle of Bundaberg traditional lemonade. Found this recipe and luckily had some mint out the back. Now I’m hooked. -

I found this recipe last year on another site. I made a big batch for our daughter's rehearsal dinner beach party last May and everyone loved it. I believe the other version said to combine the lemonade and mint well ahead of time to really get the mint flavor. Just add rum and enjoy! Glad summer is almost here so I can make this again. -
I love rum and lemonade but have always used white or golden rum. The dark rum makes the lemonade look like iced tea! Very flavorful and if you love the taste of dark rum this recipe is for you! Thanks KPD!
