Ingredients Nutrition

  • 2 cups cooked quinoa
  • 8 cups chopped bok choy
  • 1 tablespoon minced fresh ginger
  • 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • 1 12 tablespoons miso
  • 1 tablespoon toasted sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon agave nectar or 1 tablespoon honey
  • salt and pepper

Directions

  1. In a large bowl combine quinoa and bok choy.
  2. In a small bowl, combine remaining ingredients. Add to quinoa and toss gently to combine. Let stand at least 10 minutes before serving.
