  • Prepare Bok Choy cut and chop leaves and stalks and green onions sliced including some tops and put back in refrigerator.
  • Crush noodles before opening bag.
  • In a heavy fry pan brown noodles with sugar, sesame seeds, and sliced or chopped almonds in the butter being careful not to burn, stirring constantly.
  • Cool to room temperature.
  • Mix all ingredients together with salad dressing just before serving.
