  3. Knead dough and cover with damp cloth for 1 hour.
  4. Shape into small balls.
  5. Drop into deep hot oil.
  6. Fry until golden brown.
  7. Drain on paper towels.
  8. Serve hot.
  9. OPTION: Add 1 TBSP.
  10. chopped onion.
