“A hot coffee drink popular in Italy during the winter, especially in ski resorts. Bombardino is Italian "the bomb" and is made with equal parts of brandy, Advocaat or Vov (an egg-based liqueur), and espresso or hot coffee. Variations are made with rum or whiskey.
