  1. This was really a great recipe. I followed other suggestions and just used 1/2 bottle of dressing. The sauce was great. I served it with mashed potatoes. Thanks Braunda.

  2. I didn't have any chicken soup so I used cream of celery. I halved the recipe to 3 chops and only used 1/2 bottle of dressing. I used all the soup and only about 3/4 cup of milk. My chops were about 1/2 to 3/4 in. thick. The chops were tender in 20 min. The gravy was great over chops and potatoes.

  3. It's easy and great! Sauce is delicious!!! Yummy! Thanks!

  4. I used pork loin, half a bottle, did the steps and hubby said "Yummy!!" I added a handful of sliced canned mushroom to the balance of the gravy, heated it up and it tasted even better! I have to get used to this kind of cooking (ie frying and then stewing it) but I know this recipe is a "keeper"!

  5. I also used only 1/2 a bottle of dressing and not quite 3/4 c. milk. This is always a quick meal served with mashed potatoes, or rice.

Tweaks

  1. Excellent recipe! I didn't have the time to marinate so I skipped the salad dressing and pounded out the chops, (boneless & really lean), and seasoned with sea salt, cracked pepper, and garlic. I tossed them in flour, and fried them in olive oil. Instead of cream of chicken soup, I used golden mushroom mixed with 1 cup of milk. I allowed everything to simmer for about an hour. Mmmmm good! My husband and kids loved it! Thanks for the submission...isn't The 'Zaar the best place on the 'net?!?!?!

I do not think I have a pet peeve. I think people are different for reasons that are not known to us. We just have to get along. I always look for the good in people and not the things I do not like.
