Ingredients Nutrition

  • 1 head lettuce, shredded
  • 1 12 cups celery, chopped
  • 1 12 cups onions, chopped
  • 1 (10 ounce) package frozen peas, thawed (NOTE -- do NOT use canned!)
  • 2 cups mayonnaise (NOT Miracle Whip)
  • 1 cup parmesan cheese
  • 8 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled

Directions

  1. Layer all ingredients in a large bowl in the order listed.
  2. Refrigerate a minimum of 8 hours to let the flavours mingle (this step is important!).
  3. Toss and serve.
